II. Order Processing  

- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.  
- Custom or Bulk Orders: May require an extended lead time of 3–7 business days depending on specification and quantity.  
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Shanghai time) on business days begin processing the same day; orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

III. Shipping Methods & Carriers  

- Domestic (Mainland China): Standard ground via SF Express or Cainiao, expedited options available.  
- International: DHL, FedEx, or UPS for express; China Post or EMS for economy.  
- Freight (Large/Bulk): Sea freight or LCL/FCL container shipping arranged upon request.

IV. Shipping Rates & Fees  

- Standard Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.  
- Free Shipping: Domestic orders over ¥2,000 qualify for free standard shipping.  
- Expedited Service: Surcharges apply for overnight or two-day delivery.  
- Freight Charges: Quoted separately for palletized or containerized shipments.

V. Delivery Timeframes  

- **Domestic Standard:** 3–7 business days after dispatch.  
- **Domestic Expedited:** 1–2 business days after dispatch.  
- **International Express:** 5–10 business days after dispatch.  
- **International Economy:** 10–21 business days after dispatch.  
Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, or carrier delays.

VI. Order Tracking 
 
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier URL.  
- You can also log in to your account at www.shanghaiyouhao.net to view shipment status.

VII. Customs, Duties & Taxes  

- International Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their country.  
- We declare shipment value accurately on customs forms; please review your local regulations before ordering.

VIII. Shipping Restrictions  

- Certain hazardous or regulated materials may be subject to additional handling fees or prohibited shipping.  
- Please contact customer service at shipping@shanghaiyouhao.net if you have questions about special items.

IX. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments  

- Inspect your package upon arrival. Report any damage or discrepancy within 7 calendar days of delivery.  
- To file a claim, email shipping@shanghaiyouhao.net with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description.  
- We will coordinate with the carrier and, if approved, arrange replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
