Shanghai Youhao Industrial Co., Ltd. (“Youhao,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) strives to deliver high-quality webbing products and ensure your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund or exchange of Products purchased from www.shanghaiyouhao.net or through our authorized channels.
1. Definitions

Products: All narrow webbings, straps, ropes and related accessories sold by Youhao.

Order: Your request to purchase Products via our website, email, or other sales channels.

Customer: Any person or entity that places an Order with Youhao.

Refund Request: A request by the Customer for return of Products and reimbursement of payment.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Standard Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if all of the following are true:

The Products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Custom-cut, made-to-order, or bulk Products are non-returnable unless they arrive with material defects or do not conform to agreed specifications.

Products damaged during shipping must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement.
3. Return & Refund Process

Reason for return (e.g., defect, incorrect item, change of mind)

Photographs if the item is damaged or defective

Authorization

We will review your request within 3 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved.

Return Shipment

Pack the Products securely in original or equivalent packaging.

Include a copy of the RMA and your proof of purchase.

Ship to our returns address (provided in your RMA confirmation).

You are responsible for return shipping costs, except when Youhao is at fault (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Inspection & Approval

Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned Products within 7 business days.

If the Products meet our return criteria, we will approve your refund.

4. Refund Methods & Timing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of RMA approval.

If you paid by bank transfer, we will credit your nominated account.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges (e.g., for a different size or color) follow the same process as returns.

Once your returned item is approved, place a new Order for the replacement item.

We will ship the replacement once we receive and inspect the returned Product.
6. Non-Refundable Items

Products returned with signs of misuse, alteration, or improper care.

Products without original packaging or missing parts.

Custom-cut, custom-printed, or specially fabricated Products, except when defective.
7. Exceptions & Special Cases

Defective Products: If your Product is defective, we will cover return shipping and offer replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within 14 business days after RMA approval, please contact refund@shanghaiyouhao.net.
